I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the peaceful environment and well-decorated rooms added to the charm. On the other hand, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance, which really detracted from my stay. Overall, it felt like there's great potential that's not being fully realized.

The hotel has some downsides like slow check-in and an additional parking fee that feels excessive. While the two-bedroom suite was spacious and generally clean, there were maintenance issues that need addressing. The service was hit or miss, and the location offered lovely views, but overall experience fell short of expectations. However, the pool area was a nice perk whenever it was quiet.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort spa, especially because of its beautiful location right next to the river and only a quick drive into the city. The rooms were quite comfortable and clean, making for a relaxing environment. I did find the breakfast a bit lacking, but overall the amenities were great for the price. One downside was that I could hear some noise from the neighboring room and the corridors, which was a bit distracting at times.

The hotel offers a lovely experience with large rooms and friendly staff, making it great for a relaxing stay. However, some features like the lack of a shower curtain in the bathtub and certain facilities being unreachable could use improvement. Despite some downsides, it remains a nice place to unwind, especially with a good pool area and convenient amenities.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The hotel seemed to have fallen short in several areas, from the lack of acknowledgment for a special occasion to the outdated facilities and noise issues. The only redeeming feature was the beautiful pool area, which I enjoyed. Unfortunately, this place just didn't live up to expectations.
